SecurITism offers the flexibility of consultants on site to suit any needs of a large organization, or can develop a bespoke deployment to suit.
Typically on-site, this would consist of three or four consultants managed by a neuro-typical manager to manage the relationship and the occasional visit from job coaches to ensure that the workforce and integration relationship is working optimally.
This frees up the current staff from these front line activities, whilst passing “incidents” of interest to them to then subsequently take action.
